Legacy Gyarados TM?

Got a 100% Gyarados with the fantastic legacy moveset DB/Twister. Is it worth to reroll Twister even if I already have a Bite/HP one ?

I have a 98%IV Gyarados from early on in the game, he’s the first guy I’m using a charge move TM on.

And which move shoul be the aim? Hydropump or Outrage?

HP for highest DPS but I like the double dragon moves. I would aim for Outrage.

And then the RNG gods will bless that 100% mon with Crunch :)

Gyaradons (with double dragon moves) against dragonite will do a better job nowadays due to the buff of SE and the nerf of STAB.
