Her motivation is not dropping, and her berry count is not increasing. What's the story?
They seem to be constantly fiddling with the motivation counts so I wouldn't read too much into that yet.
As for the berry count, I have been wondering about that and I THINK that it is not counting how many berries your mon have been fed, but rather how many berries YOU have fed to mons (including friendly mons) at that particular gym. Not sure though.
Are you watching her live at the gym location or only through the app info window? Maybe it's an updating issue. A Blissey I dropped in a freshly-defeated gym this morning lost 16 CP (2977-2961) in the half hour I was walking around, but the motivation meter in app still appears 100% now about an hour later. That's a sleepy gym so I'll swing by a bit later and see if the at-gym reported CP/motivation is different then the app motivation meter.
