Move change priority

Hi guys, i got a charge TM, so i wonder should i Change one of my Exeg( Bullet seed Psychic, 1 Lvl 20 1005, 1 Lvl 30 71%) or my Lapras IS/DP 91%

I already have a C/S Exe and a FB/IB Lapras.

I won't be changing DP on Lapras at all, because I will never get another.

Yes, i know but IS/HP would be really awesome defensive moveset..i don't know

I would have prioritized exeggutor,although you may hatch one and evolve it to the desired moveset. I had a failed raid today and double grass exeggutor would have been a nice addition. Although, the Lapras is very difficult to be hatched or found.Hence, my final opinion is to ged rid of Dragon Pulse.Not a bad move for defence,suboptimal on offence.It depends on what your Lapras is going to do,attack or defend.

As i have a FB/IB one, i would use it as a defender

Then DP is a good defensive move but it will be useful again Fire types since all the other types are hit normally by an Ice move for example. The choice is your,leave it to cover the fire type possibility which is covered better by Hydro Pump though if you roll it or take your odds?I am more inclined to the latter
