Fast move TM for machamp or blissey?

If attacker, go for Machamp
If defender, go for Blissey

The defending moveset on Blissey will not be that useful anymore and you are better off with good attacking moveset. If you change that to ZH/DG, you may get a mon with best defending moveset which would not make much difference and you lost a good attacking moveset.
