Based on current experience and reading other posts here, here's what I know so far. Feel free to add more if I missed something.
1. 3x XP for catch, throw
2. 5x XP for hatch
3. Lucky eggs discounted
4. Fire/ice spawns better than previous event spawns

Yep, caught a double Ice Lapras Fb/Ib at my local park yesterday evening! Meh IVs and lvl but ~1200 cp so good prestiger I think...

Overall spawn rates also seem up. I just did my regular river stroll and saw at least twice as many magicarps as normal.

Do we get additional xp for evolves also?

only thing is a lot of these spawns have low catch rates meaning you burn through the greats ultras and berries.

It would be nice if it was coupled with increased spin rewards.
