100% Hitmonlee/Chan???

If the evolve path for Tyrogue is based on IV and Even IV becomes Hitmontop, is it possible for 100% hitmonchans and hitmonlees to exist?

As I read, the evolution is random, if there is no highest value(or two are the same).

Highest IV stat is what determines the evolution, not IV total.

If attack is the highest you get Hitmonlee, defence you get Hitmonchan and Hitmontop if stamina. If the highest IV is more than one stat, the evolution is random but only between the highest stats.

So for example if attack and defense are both the highest then it'd be a 50/50 for Hitmonchan or Hitmonlee, but no chance for a Hitmontop.

But if stamina and attack are the highest, then you could get a Hitmonlee or Hitmontop but not Hitmonchan.

If all 3 IVs are the same then it's 33% for each of them, so all Hitmons are possible with perfect IV Tyrogues.

Correct, except the Silph Road research (I assume that is where I read it) suggested that if IVs were tied, and Hitmontop was one of the possibilities, then the odds were weighted 2:1 or 2:1:1 towards Hitmontop.
