Which Mareep to evolve?

So with this event I am close to evolve my first Ampharos, at this point I am at 119 candies and I want some advice of which Mareep should I evolve and why. All of them are hatched and level 20, here are the posible ones:

Mareep CP-498 PS-72 A-15 D-15 S-11 IV-91% Mareep CP-497 PS-74 A-15 D-12 S-14 IV-91% Mareep CP-497 PS-74 A-13 D-15 S-14 IV-93%

As you can see all of them are very similar, but can't decide myself of which one to evolve, I would aprecciate any advice. My intention is to power him/her up slowly and make it a long term project if I end up getting a good moveset. Forget the option of getting a new one in months, I was very lucky getting 2 Mareep from eggs during Easter and don't think it is gonna happen again.

I would personally evolve the 93% due to him being a pokemon with average bulk his sta and def ivs are the most important also you may want to try him out as a fun defender to mix things up if he gets volt switch. Good luck.
