A friend and I got totally lucky and found 1 about a week after gen 2 released. It was in a neighborhood accross from ours. At that time, we didn't realize how extremely ultra rare they are (well, for us non-spoofers, of course ? lol). Haven't seen or heard of one around here since, so I'd hate to say that's where you find them. My little shoulder devil always has me sticking it in gyms ? Muahahaha! Was sorta cool to find out it's the main letter for the medal and dex entry. I'd bet they'll do some sort of event or something for them in the future, or us non spoofers will never get all 26... well, 28 after gen 3
