I didn't see any mention of Lures being affected, so I assume they're just the standard 30 minutes right now.
I was also hoping they might surprise us with a discount for bag upgrades while pokestops are giving extra items, but it doesn't look like it.
A new gym did just pop up within walking distance of my house, though, so that's an unexpected bonus.
