Shop Bug - How to Fix?

At least I just have to wait in that screen and then it loads the other things few seconds after. If not try to uninstall or install. Then just write an email to Niantic, if you wanna spend some money on this game or have problems with your purchases they do respond!

This happens when there is a huge lag to the server. just gotta wait it out

someone has mentioned for any and all lag related problems click your character portrait then click journal, it refreshes everything.
