Attacking blissey question

So with the upcoming quadruple buddy event coming up, I was thinking of what to buddy.

My current buddy is a chansey to feed my defensive blissey which just so happens to be maxed out as of today.

I was looking into creating an attacking blissey? And was wondering if I should evolve a new one (level 20 chansey 89%) or power up my other blissey level 23 89% with pound psychic.

Pound psychic is listed as a B moveset. Should I power it up? Can it take down multiple mons?

Or try my luck at a pound/hyperbeam?

Pound Hyperbeam I have and it is an amazing generalist although I prefer my snorlax but with Pound Dazziling Gleam then she has a specific purpose of taking down multiple Tyranitars and Dragonites. So yes I would evolve a new one and hope you dont get psychic... Good luck.

I use a p/pr and zh/pr Blissey I use for attacking. I think psychic would be the worst option.

I have 3 Blissey: ZH/P, ZH/DG, & P/HB. IMO P/HB is definitely the optimal attack choice. I don't use the P/HB often, but for going up against some L10 gyms it's really great with a couple of Snorlax with L/HB and some other strong attackers.
