Lot of changes going on with spawn locations and times.

EDITED: Now there is spawn point in front of this building, and 2 near the pokestops.
And place which used to have lot of spawns only have 3 spawns points anymore.
Also all the spawn times have been totally reseted, but i alrdy figured out new ones.

Is it just me that Dratini spawn very often but high IV mon is harder to find?

I don't know about spawning more but for sure most of the wild mons have lower iv's (vs hatched)

There used to be the bug on the Attack IV was tied to the pokemon number. Making it impossible to get high IV starters, but more common to get high IV Dratinis.

Thats been fixed a while now though.

Not much of a change in terms of the amount of Pidgeys and Rattattas I saw in town today. Maybe a slightly greater proportion of Spearows, but the changes don't seem dramatic. A few spawn sites seem to have moved a few yards.

I have a few spawn spots by my house. Even though it's only been a day or two, there seem to be fewer good Pokémon spawning and fewer overall. This is disappointing now that the weather has turned.
