Snorlax, power up or not?
Yesterday I caught a Snorlax, checked the iv it was a 100 IV with a cp of 700. Should I power up or not. I have a next Snorlax with 90 % IV and cp is 1400. So which one is best to power up. These are my only two Snorlax.
700cp have lick/bodyslam
1400 cp have lick/earthquake

why do you think that snorlaxes with good moveset and IV are easily obtainable. there are no better snorlaxes to spend dust on than a 100% IV with lick/body slam for attacking, and assuming he did hatch another 100% IV snorlax right now from a 10k egg with lick + body slam or hyper beam, he now has 2 snorlaxes to attack gyms with.
unless he already has 5 other 100% IV and perfect moveset, top tier attacking pokemon and he hatches another 100% IV snorlax also with lick + bs/hb, which I seriously doubt, powering up that perfect IV and moveset snorlax is not going to be a waste of dust/candies.
Out of the two move sets you have the lick body slam is better. I have two with Zen headbutt/Body Slam, one with zen headbutt/earthquake and one with zen headbutt/hyper beam. The only one I have powered up is the one with hyper beam.

2271 Hyper beam
1498 Body Slam
1126 Body Slam
685 Earthquake
The individual IV's are important but if you are at least in the 80% or better the move set is more important in my opinion. I would hold off since candy is so hard to come by and wait for a better move set since your best move set is the low cp. Just my two cents
