Has the "Flee" percentage gone up?

I'm experiencing the opposite. For the last 4-5 Bulbasuars, I have caught them with 1 normal ball each. And CPs range from 300-400. Before the grass event, usually 2-3 balls to catch one.

I didn't notice anything, except like PokeAMon said the Gen 1 starters are nowadays much easier to catch than they once were.

I can say same about they've become harder to get. Also, when I'm trying to use pinap berry for the Bulbasaurs, one out of three poof — vanishes. It's indeed demotivating.

Higher rate of dodge/attack too.
