Blissey question

I'd walk and save enough candies to evolve and power up in 1 swoop...No point in having a low CP Blissey that can't stay in a gym or evolve something now that you can't use just to fill the dex...

I'd stick the other Blissey in a CP Calculator like the one here and see what the difference is between the newly hatched Chancet. Then you can see if it makes sense to power up your current Blissey or wait.

Best bet is always to not evolve or power up for rare or limited candy mons until you have enough candies to actually use them in gyms, etc...

Sometimes, I literally am AT a gym before I powerup since spots are limited.

I have near 125 candies for Tyranitar, but no "great" candidates for me to evolve (have a 82% one...) so even if I evolved it, it's CP is too low after evolving so you might as well walk first...and wait for better candidates while you "Save your candies".

evolve because the one you got has the worst moveset and if blissey gets nerfed which ahe should movesets will be a little more important.

Unless the 91% haas at least 14 attack, I would keep powering the one you have. There are no guarantees with evolving a second chansey; and we have no idea what is coming. Play for today; and today, Blissey has no bad moves (only some that are slightly better).
