Dragonite with DB/HB or DT/HB is pretty good!!!

I think dragonite with D*/HB is pretty good as attacker and with DT, a viable dragonite defender. Please share your successful experience here.

It seems to me that most trainers play down too much the usefulness of such beast. I know it's relatively inferior to their A grade movesets peer, but it's still pretty good.

I have both a DB/HB and a DT/O dragonite!! I noticed attacking with DB does fast damage while DT is noticeably slower.. but when Outrage is powered up game over for any would be defender!! I still love my legacy DB/HB nite!

DB/HB is terrible for defense. Because attacker doesn't have to dodge DB
DT/HB is not bad in defense because DT does good damage & forces the opponent to dodge. In my opinion dragonite is better of spamming DT than using HB

Both is decent for attacking

Great for offence but HB is so terrible on defense

My only Dragonite has DB/HB and so far it's my go-to Pokémon for tough battles e.g. Blissey, Snorlax etc. My wife has a DB/DC and sometimes I use it when an enemy gym has few opponents just for her medal. I dunno but I prefer my HB. One bar HP melter charge move. There are other sites too that suggest it's better than DC but I don't want to open an age old argument. Don't get me wrong... I'd love to have a DC Dragonite.
