Exeggutor question

I currently have 4 exeggutors that I use
1. 2511CP 89IV ZH&SoB
2. 2454CP 84IV C&P
3. 2384CP 91IV ZH&SeedBomb
3 2150CP 44IV? C&SeedBomd
I have a couple more that I haven't powered up. My 1st one with solar beam has been in a gym for a month. I have one that I'm thinking about powering up but haven't made a decision yet. This one has bullet seed and solar beam with 87IV and 1639CP. Should I power him up since I only have one with solar beam? Or is it not worth it because of the bullet seed? With all this talk of a grass event should I wait and see how I make out during the event?

I also have a side question. Should I stop caring about IV for exeggutors and start powering up based on levels since I will be using them as attsckers anyway, if so what level and IV should I be shooting for when IV becomes less important?

For attacking mons only.
I'll grind for a crazy long time, then evolve when I've collected a few lvl 30 mons. IVs over 50 is fine. Best movesets are kept, all else are transferred.
I really don't want to spend stardust on attackers, so I only power up when absolutely necessary.
