To power up these 'mons?

Would you guys power up these mons? I've got 620k stardust available.

Blissey - 1797CP - 89% - 12/15/13 - Zen Headbutt/Psychic - 145 candies (been waiting to hatch another good IV chansey, but to no avail - would you guys use your chansey candies to max this guy out?)

Slowking - 483CP - 98% - 15/14/15 - Confusion/Psychic - 165 candies

Slowking - 629CP - 93% - 15/14/13 - Confusion/Blizzard - 165 candies

Politoed - 1348CP - 96% - 15/14/14 - Bubble/Hydro Pump - 186 candies

Blissey YES! To everyone who has a Blissey Power Up question... the answer is always YES regardless of moveset as long as it has good IVs IMO.

The rest - NO. Slowking can be a good defender, but low CP hinders him from being relevant in current gym meta.

Politoed - Just No. Never.

Blissey should eventually be powered up but it depends if you have other projects that have greater priority (e.g. dragonite, trex)

Politoed is good for a prestiger as it is for the CP

Send the slowking to the professor if you need the space...

This blissey is worth of some dust but the slowings are a worse version of Espeon. Same for Politoed (Poliwrath). Sometimes I feel tempted to power up high IV suboptimal mons too. Resist it. Some will say "go on, have fun, if you like them, just do it." If you already have a good team of optimal Mons with high CP/level is fine. But if you haven't I advice you to save this dust.
