Avg IV/low lvl/Best moveset Blissey worth maxing out?

Hi all,

Would u max out a Blissey if it has the best defensive moveset ZH/DG but it's IV is only 80% and at only lvl 16 given that RNG luck has not been on your side in terms of both evolutions & egg hatches?

It's IV stats are A14/D13/S9

That IV distribution is the key...and that is just about as good as you can ask for.

Personally, I would...but it depends on your candy situation.

Yeah attack ivs are essential; that blissey may* sit higher than say a 12/15/15

Like aSp said, if you have the candies, it may be worth investing in it. And lv16 isn't too much of a difference in respect to the long haul compared to leveling up an egg hatch, i.e. It would cost less candies to power it up to level 20 than it would to evolve a different one.

I powered up a 15/15/6 and no regrets, it didn't even have an ideal defensive moveset
