If there were a biome for Unown it should be the place in Mainz Germany where printing with movable letters was invented. But it isn't, I often walk past the spot of Gutenberg's workshop and never saw one there.

If it were anything like Pokemon Gold/Silver, it should be around historical museums and ancient ruins. Especially places with cave art or pictographs.

There is lots of this stuff here near Gutenberg's workshop, since it's close to the place where the river Main flows into the Rhine and is probably a settlement since walking on the hind legs was invented. Nothing, no Unowns here.

South SF Bay Area has been getting them really regularly. It's a desert biome with some electric. I haven't found one cause I don't want to use trackers but I hear about people going to grab them every couple of days.

Since Unown is more exceptionally rare than any other pokemon, I think it would be unfair if he had a biome. So he's probably equally rare everywhere, but of course more likely to spawn in places with more spawn points (cities).
