Keep low iv blissey with bad moveset?
I got a high iv blissey with zh/dg on 2850 CP.
One high iv chansey using as Buddy lvl 20. 15 candies.
Today i caught my first wild blissey. Ofc 35-48 iv and zh/p movset. 2000 CP though.
Is it worth using as a defender? Keep it to double candy transfer event or even worth investing in?

two ways you can use it
to anchor a gym (if playing in a team or out of politness if someone has left the last slot in a gym open or near open)
keep at least one weak blissey/chancey as a walking buddy so that all your good ones can be occupying gyms one still walking out candy. often worth more then the one one candy you would get.
(if you are going to send it to the prof wait for double candy events if you can).
