A strange spawn point that spawns quite rare Pokémon

I have a nearby spawn point that I have caught Snorlax, and was a regular Chansey spawn during the Valentines event. It has had some very nice spawns in the past, that I have tracked to there so often it has become one of the go to spots to look when something cool appears on the nearby.

However, it is a dry creek bed, in a deep valley that needs you to follow up a very steep track, and you must go passed private properties that face the valley.
The creek bed is at the base of a 25m drop...so is a precarious and difficult spawn to find.

I would report it as dangerous, and suggest it be moved about 100m down stream from where it is, so that it is near a gravel path and a bridge, and so that it is not so dangerous...but I suspect they would just remove the spawn point altogether...but it spawns such great mons on occasion, and would hate for it to disappear altogether.

Yes I have one...but it is dangerous, and that is not enough to keep me away.

I've experienced some as well. Not near my local playing field tho.

never saw something like that ... sooo jealous lol
i know a pokestop that i caught my only dragonite in and it spawned miltank and gilgar but it do that every couple of weeks once ( most of the time after 2 am)
