I honestly can't say that the dodge bug changes it on a consistent basis. When I try and think if there is any pokemon that consistently annoys me because of the dodge bug, the only thing that pops up is Rhydon with stone edge and maybe Gyarados with hydro pump, but both of those are already tier 2.5, and it still doesn't put them above, or on par with, Snorlax or Blissey. I don't find the harder hitting moves on Snorlax or Vaporeon any more annoying than aqua tail or body slam.

Defenders List in the Age of the "Dodge Bug"
Anyone else think the Defenders list is wrong only because of the Dodge Bug?
Hard Hitting moves, that trigger the damn bug, even when you dodge them are more dangerous than smaller moves like Aqua Tail, and even Body Slam.

I agree with this. The dodge bug doesn't affect me all that much personally, and there are ways to deal with it when it happens. I wouldn't call it a game-changer in my experience, and I would still MUCH rather face a Snorlax with hyper beam than one with body slam. Maybe there's more of a case to be made with hydro pump vs. aqua tail, but I'd still rather attack into a hydro pump Vape.
