Anyone know if there's any way for me to contact Niantic about this?
I deliberately saved 4 10Km eggs from the event. I put 2 of them in incubators this morning and went out. Walked a bit, and just as I hit 10KM, my screen switch to show me the first egg was hatching. Big purple egg on the screen. And IT LOCKED UP! I tapped it multiple times, I waited.. I minimized the app and maximized it... After a few minutes, I had to close the game entirely. When I restarted the game, both my incubators were empty, showing that they were used, and I NEVER GOT THE MONS. These should have been out of the group of 6 rare mons that were hatching from the event.
I've looked for a way to contact Niantic, but this isn't some big time emergency, I just want them to know that this glitch happened.
Plus, now I'm not comfortable about putting the other 2 eggs into incubators.

You seem pretty convinced you lost the hatches...so dont wonna sound like an idiot and just say 'naw you still got them, you are wrong'
But...you really should have got the pokemon from every hatch, regardless of how the 'egg hatch animation phase' plays out/gets completed or not.
Go into your pokemon inventory...order by most recent and they should be there (depending on what you have caught since they hatched)
Also as others have mentioned...your journal should have registered the hatches.
The actual hatching off the eggs...this isnt really when you are given the pokemon and it's placed in your inventory...its more just a 'unlocking' or 'reveal' of the pokemon you have had since you aquired the egg from a pokestop.
The result of the egg is determined exactly when the egg drops for you...and it basically goes right into your pokemon capacity/storage, you just can't see it
(you may not have noticed, but you cant actually collect eggs if your pokemon storage is full...and when you first collect an egg your pokemon capacity number ticks over one since you technically just aquired a new mon. For example, if you have 750/1000 pokemon storage, went out and collected 5 eggs, then checked again, you would have 755/1000)
ALSO you actually receive the pokemon instantly when the game registers your distance and before you see the actual egg hatch animation, somtimes when a egg hatches but you are on your pokemon inventory...you can already see your new pokemon before you have even seen the egg hatch, as it waits till you go back to the map view before it triggers the egg hatch animation on your screen.
Despite all the above being correct (you most likely got the hatches and should be able to see them in the journal/sorting by recent), there's an in-game link to report all sort of game issues. Go to settings > report critical issue and it will redirect you to a website form where you can report any other issue you may find in the future.
You transferred your pokemon not knowing it was what hatched out of ur 10km egg. when this happens, and u exit out of ur pokemon screen and then go to the egg hatching screen, ur egg wont hatch, the game will freeze, and it will seem like u never got pokemon from ur hatch. exactly what u just explained has happened to me.
I didn't transfer the mons. I never saw the mons.. The screen froze right at the point of letting me know that the eggs were about to hatch. Since these were eggs from the event, they had to each hatch one of the 6 rare mons that were coming from 10KM eggs. I've checked all 6, and no new mons, and no increase in candy, which would have happened if the mons hatched and were transferred. These mons are lost. There are no entries in my journal, nor in any of the various views of my list.
I dunno what to say mate. Sorry for your loss I guess? Anyway... This will be the first time I have seen this kind of glitch. I'll stand by what the other trainers said, it's there in your Pokémon storage. Probably not in the journal because it was already drowned by the new entries? I dunno. It happens to me all the time. I always get the Pokémon.
