those are not mistakes. the list is about offense and just think about it. Dragonite may be a flying type but it does not get any flying type attacks. that is why pidgeot who does get flying attacks and even the strongest flying attack hurricane is the best flying offensive pokemon.
Aerodactyl is not a steel type correct, but he is the best user of steel type attacks in this game. Same with gengar and dark type
