Alakazam

I would use him in some matchups. Decent for Blissey just for fast kills.

I just evolved a lvl 29 abra with 82 IV and got the same moveset, PC/FS. I dont wanna use dust on alakazam, he's too much of a glass cannon. That's why i only evolve at least lvl 29 abras.

For fun, yes.

For dishing out as much DPS before mopping up with another pokemon, yes.

For practicality, not really.

I prefer my Conf/FS Espeon in this role; sturdier, if slightly less powerful attack.
