Need some help picking 3 or 4 below average Pokemon to max out and throw in the few gyms close to me this weekend.

I don't mean underrated. I just want some that literally don't get used and could still somewhat hold their own when fully invested in. I don't care about max cp.I've got 200,000 dust ready to go.

I'm leaning toward lickitung so far. Anyone have any experience fully powered sub par Pokemon they were impressed with?

Lickitung is cool. My suggestions are Tauros, Kangaskhan, and Dewgong. Porygon is really cool too, although weaker than the others.

I like that lickitung is normal type and has lick/stomp. He has no weaknesses and nothing resists his attacks. One of mine happens to have that moveset anyway.

Not enough candy for dewgong. Kanga is not my region, and porygon is the only Pokemon I'm missing... Will compare tauros and lickitung, they are very similar, thanks for suggestions!

I confess I childishly sometimes use my lickitung to add as a defender when I've just demolished a lv8 gym (one of the local gyms never holds team for more than 24hrs),,,

Tentacruel (people never know what attacks he might have), Scyther (with Steelwing, just a really cool pokemon) and Sandslash (my favorite :p) come to mind.

Sandslash is really underrated - great little attacker against anything but water types.
