You could use him to prestige as is.

No.

If you like it. Bubble is pretty good defensively and you can sometimes stick the 'mon in gyms, that makes it versatile.

I'm lv32 and I have a maxed poliwrath with same moves but I definitely regret powering him all the way up so advise you not to.. poliwrath cp got nerfed a while back also and bubble is no longer that good for defense.

Nope sorry, got one too an I powered it up when bubble was a devastating def move, but no, the meta changed.

It worths for killing Blisseys and/or Snorlaxes if you power up it to a high level like level 30.

However, I would wait the one with Bubble + Dynamic Punch, the best attacking moveset.

I agree I love using him as a prestiger with hydro pump or dynamic punch for those snorlax/blissy.

According to the site the 3 top attacking movesets are:
Bubble/HP
Bubble/DP
RS/DP

Where as for defense they are:
Bubble/IP
Bubble/DP
RS/DP

So if you were to power it up you could use it for attacking but in that situation since it has double water type moves your just better off useing a vaporeon unless you wanna add diversity to your gym scene. I myself just got the same moveset on mine yesterday which I'm happy about since the last 3 I evolved got B/IP. I am abit interested in finding out though how good both fighting type moves on poliwrath are since it's good both attacking and defensive wise.

What about a level 20 98% iv with RS/HP? Is it worth the dust for Snorlax and Blissey?
