Chansey / Blissey help

So I have one 95 IV Blissey at 4000 stardust level (15a / 14d / 14hp) with Pound + Dazzling Dream which I could max up till like 5500 stardust level (I just didn't have the candies yet). I just hatched right now two Chanseys and have 54 candies. I was wondering if I should evolve another Chansey so I can have two Blisseys or if I should max up the Blissey I already have.
These are their characteristics:
Chansey, 91 IV, 836CP (15a, 15d, 11hp)
Chansey, 93 IV, 825CP (14a, 14d, 14hp)

Do you need a second Blissey ? If not I'd power up your existing one. Your Blissey still has a looong way to go in order to make her a gym powerhouse and more importantly keep her in there.

No, max out the one you have. One uber-Blissey is better than one pretty good one and another one that might not even make a gym cutoff.

Max out it, don't waste your candies on evolving.

Personally I would power the one you have till it is comfy in the gym ( no.5 and above ) and then walk to get candy to evolve another one
