How to get evolution items?

Are there any other ways than the 7 day streak?
I mean.. is it still on perhaps stop spins?
Or is the only way a 7 day streak?

I got three items due to the 7day streak -> all of them dragon scale. -.- Yay 21 days to evolve seaking

You still can get outside of the seven days , also won't hurt to spin your 7th on a diffrent stop every time, also change which time of the day you spin

im not sure, but i think it's possible that my first day spins belong to the same stop..

You just need luck with the pokestops you spin. Sometimes I am lucky enough to receive one but hey at least you got one dragon scale. I still dont have any but have 7 kings rock. Still missing 3 different stones...
P.S. Seaking doesnt evolve, its seadra.
