Game Issues

G'day, I have noticed my in-game issues have increased a lot in recent weeks. I was wondering if EVERYONE is having these same issues.

Best way to explain it is just to list the problems I am experiencing;
Gyms
-When swiping through the list of mon in a gym often when you reach the top the game crashes.
-When fighting the starting "GO" hangs around for a good 8 seconds and once the fight actually commences you have already taken hits. This sux for prestiging when you need to dodge.
-When fighting there is constant lag and the defenders attacks often do not register a warning flash, they simply hit. Sometimes without even an animation.
-Dodge charge move results in you dieing if the charge had of hit and it auto swaps you. Every1 has this problem but is there a best way around this, as this usually screws up my current mon and the new one.

In-game problems
-Constantly receive the pogo logo rotating indicating network errors.
-Often the pogo logo rotates when I am just walking and it makes the nearby list show nothing.
-Switching between wireless to data creates a huge lag and often I get login retry screen.
-My phone has issues with the battery saver as often having the phone upright causes the screen to go black, however if I place the screen down it works??? lol back to front, often fixes and unfixes itself.

Conclusion.
Most of these problems seem to be from network latency, which I think would be to do with load, which is mostly due to bots/scanners/scrapers.

Correct me if I am wrong?

P.S. I watch trainer tips as he complains when he does not successfully dodge as precisely as he used to and often gets hit by charge moves now. I laugh because I am able to dodge the charge moves maybe 2/10 times, whereas I used to be at least 9/10 dodge.
