Bulbasar Dilemma

I got an Level 20 Egg with a Perfect 45 Point IV Bulb last week.

Today I caught a Level 27 Bulb with 40 IVS (10 Attack 15 HP/15 Def)

Now this is only 2nd Bulb I've ever caught, all the rest of my 93 Candy come from Eggs. So to put it in perspective in July to Oct, I've got 93 candy of the 125 needed.

Math tells that the 40 point Bulb I just caught is 44 Candy Ahead of my perfect 45 Bulb.

Dust isn't an issue, but candy is. I just made Bulbasaur my buddy, but even still. Just getting to 125 to evolve is a long ways off. Let alone the extra 44 Candy.

((I have a similiar issue with Dratinis having a level 18 with 42 IVS, and Level 9 with 44)

Perfects are few and far between. Evolve that trophy. If it was 99 percent I would tell you the opposite. Ivs aren't that important when that close together but it feels good to have perfects! I hope you get a good moveset!
