2 Rhyhorn and 49 Candies...

I have two Rhyhorn - neither spectacular, but both serviceable at 72%IV and 78%IV. Both are reasonably high level, requiring 4000 stardust to power up (not that I'm powering them up)

I have 49 candies.

Should I send one to the prof so I can get a Rhydon? I am in desperate need of another viable defender, and the Rhydon would come out at about 2400CP, which in my area, is viable (but a bit low, I like my defenders to be at about 2600CP).
