XP question for LVL32+ players

I don't do mass evolutions since lvl 27/28, I'm in no hurry to hit lvl 40 and it's just not worth it. Just evolve whatever you want/need, the RoE for lvl up from lvl 29 is very small, the only reason to get to 29 is that's the cap for the lvl of wild pokemon you find (your lvl +1.5) so from 29 there's just not enough incentive.

i'm waiting on 310 pokemon to evolve, and i will keep waiting untill there is an event or run out of space!

Level 32 and about 150k from 33. I don't do mass evolutions anymore, I hit 30 and that was my only goal for leveling to get all the items. No point for me to grind to level when I sit comfortably in gyms in my area without leveling any mon past 30.

I'm not the right person to ask, but since I began playing 6½ weeks ago it has basically been a race to level 30. I'm now level 28 and I suspect that I will stop caring about xp and levelling up once I do hit level 30, which should happen around 3-4 weeks from now at my current pace.

Level 34.5 here. I don't do mass evolutions since lvl 29. I am currently holding on gen2 evolutions because I want to use my last lucky egg for this extra experience that you get when you first add a pokemon to your pokedex. When I get one dragon scale will proceed with it. That's the only exception. When I have too many pidgey or rattata candies I go ahead and evolve them without lucky egg to free space in my bag. Don´t care too much about experience. The last double XP event I evolved what I had by that time, but I didn't bother to use a lucky egg.

Got stuck in a 30 minute return line at Costco, so I used 80 coins and popped a lucky egg for evolutions. Caught a bunch of rats during that time too. Having 30 minutes to waste on boring evolutions is the bigger factor.

I don't do lucky eggs anymore. I am just slowly collecting candy then whenever the next double xp event happens I'll evolve every Pidgey I catch right there on the spot.

I do a lucky egg once i have only 5 and 10k eggs in my bags. Load them all up, walk them out while evolving and mashing my go plus button.

I do lucky eggs, I want:
-my vapes over 3k, that means lvl 36, still 1.85 mil to go( I'm 900k over 34)
- first 36 active Valor in my city; tought, someone already 35 but I started 2 months later so I recovered; there is an inactive lvl 37 though :); mystic already has 2 active lvl 36 and a frw lvl 35.
If you have similar goals do lucky eggs. If not better not, you will have a better ratio between lvl and stardust.
Since you still have 500k to go till lvl 34, wait till Easter in case there will be something good, like double xp or double lucky egg time.

What i am doing is fullfill all my storage and them do a masive evolution for make some room for new catches taking advantadge on the 7th consecutive day catch.
I dont know others but i usally do like 70 evolutions per egg, almost all pidgeys geodudes and sentrets which are supereasy to catch here and in one week i can catch them again for using another egg.

Almost Lvl. 38 here. I don't care anymore, don't want to sit there for half an hour doing mass evolves. I threw the last lucky eggs I got away (Level 35 reward IIRC)

Im sitting with 600 evolves and candys for another 1200. That would put me from 34.5 to 36 with dbl xp event. I can live with 30 pokemon space.

Almost lvl 35. The only good advice about eggs I have is don't put it off too long. I waited until I had 90 or so and ended up putting it off dreading sitting there for 30 mins of evolves again. Then soon I had 200 waiting..then 300. Now I don't even know how many I have waiting.

Lucky eggs just kill the momentum of the game if you save up too much. I know some players can tolerate multiple eggs back to back, I would be bashing my head against the wall after just 2 eggs.

Since you've waited this long already I would wait until Easter which is the most likely date for the next in game event.
I usually wait until I have enough candy saved to fill one lucky egg timer etc.

i use one egg every sunday. Both 7 streaks and some evolutions.

I'm lvl 35.5 and only evolve if I want the evolved mon.
Other than that I transfer unwanted mons to the professor. I have lots of candy for most mons.
4000+ for gyrados
3000+ pidgey
3500+ eevee
etc.
I barely catch pidgeys,weedles,caterpies and rats anymore, only if I have the time and there is nothing else to catch.
I'm now playing to get 1000 candy for each mon. That will take a long time, but why not.
OK - certain mons it is just not going to happen.
Snorlax I'm up to 64 because it is my walking buddy.
Dratini is low, because I want those mons evolved.
That sheep mon, I'll never even get to 100 since I have zero now and have never seen one.
I have hatched a couple of larvitar but that is it.
