Scizor moveset question

I have a Scizor 1509 CP and 96% IV have Fury Cutter and X-Scissor. However, it is only 4th best attacking move according to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_sw-zLcqlB0W27eyMnsb15s6_MJKH_s-Gb0yKCWkmFc/edit#gid=710353508.
Should I power it up? I have no more metal coat to evolve another.

It's a great counter against Exeggutor. Maybe he becomes more relevant after the gym rework.

Spreadsheets are crap without context. That just gives you data about how it will fare against a neutral defender. You will never use Scizor against a neutral defender. You will use it against Exeggutor, where that moveset is the best.

Yep. I got its "best" moveset Bullet Punch/Iron Head, but don't know what I'd ever use it for. Maybe if Lapras was still used as a defender (not sure whether it would be better enough than Arcanine to justify powering up though).

Fury Cutter/X-Scissor would be much more useful because I still see Exeggutors from time to time in gyms.

You can power it up but not to maximum, but because of its lower damage, you on the other hand can use it for those with weakness against bug (eg psychic).

All 4 movesets are ranked as A, so there's probably not too much difference between them, having said that, I wouldn't power him up yet, as he's not really outstanding as an attacker in the current metagame, wait for the upcomming gym rebalance and see how things turn out.

I like how you just ignore the worthless Nightslash as even being possible movesets.

wish i could ignore night slash that is what i got on mine, I don't know why they have moves that are straight up fails on mons esp rare ones.

I'd say you're lucky to get a double moveset of either type and fury cutter is fast and fun to use. I personally love Scizor so I would power it up and find any excuse to use it. Honestly, just try fighting with it and see if you like it. I bet you'll fall in love with how fast it is. Even more so if you're attacking an exeggutor.
