Which Snorlax to power up?

Hi all,

I have two great snorlax
i) IV 91 (Zen Headbutt/ Body Slam)
ii) IV89 (Lick / Hyberbeam)

Which should I prioritize leveling it since i have limited candies?

Gym defense or attack? I'd go w/ ZH/BS since it's more versatile.

The first one is a better defender, the second one is a better attacker.

I would power up the one with Lick & Hyper Beam because I care not for defensive moves.

i thought of the first one too.. but after reading the guide, it said the 2nd has better attacking and defense too @.@ was confused

Outside of L/BS Lick is a awful defensive move. ZH/BS w/ those IVs and that legacy moveset is way more valuable forsure.

I would do ZH/BS. I don't use my Snorlax for attacking often but it is much harder to dodge than HB and Idk stats but I would imagine ZH charges energy faster than Lick.

snorlax rarely features as anything other then number 6 in my initial attack on a large tower while I am working out how many defenders each of my attackers can get through and what move sets the biggest threats have otherwise I would almost always take a specialist attacker.
The ZH/BS is the better mon in defense and probably not dissimilar in attack

Definitely the 91iv lax. Body slam hits hard when defending.

ZH/BS all the way. Lick/HB is Snorlax's best attacking set, but Snorlax doesn't have a great attack score, so there are plenty of better Pokemon for that purpose.

ZH/BS is a legacy set, and by far Snorlax's best defensive configuration. Max it out!
