I would have waited just in case we have some kind of event during easter based on half cost to evolve and power up (who knows).

With that said, you got a rank B both on offense and defense, not that bad imo, if you power him up you will almost guarantee the top spot at any gym around you, 3070 cp at level 30 is a big deal, I would power him up for sure and find a high level gym on outside city areas that is level 8+ with some high cp Blissey on them and stick that mon inside it.

Also you have an amazing mon in case breeding and/or reroll/change/teach moves comes out ;)

powerup slowy ... what else... i have charizard 800cp, Dragonite from 300cp... but now... look at them... charizard 1900cp and dragonite 2800... it take me 2 3 4 month... i quest... just for fun... feel good man

i'd power it up all the way to the max. it has 100% ivs and the best offensive/defensive fast move which is dragon tail. hyper beam is pretty decent charge move to be honest. i'll grind dust and candies for that dragonite. you're good man.

Just to hijack this thread, my wife evolve a 100IV level 23 Dratini to Dragonite with Steel Wing / Hurricane. Should she power up this?

Maybe power it up to maybe 700 or something and use it as a prestiger?

It's not Outrage but it still wrecks. Wait until you have a surplus of candy to do anything with it. Very low level to start with

I probably would've keep it as a Dratini. The amount of candy you're gonna need to max it out is probably more than enough for another Dragonite.
I prefer having two 3400cp Dragonites than one at 3500.
