Lapras

Can't say me or trainers I know have.

I hatched 2 10km eggs since the beginning of the event, Dratini and sudowoodo. can't answer you by own experience, but I haven't read anything about increased water hatches.

I really hope the hatch rate isn't increased. I'm going to hatch 9 10km eggs tomorrow and don't really need another Lapras (unless it has great IV and moves).

Anecdotally, I've hatched two.

I hope so because thats the last gen1 pokemon I need. Though not sure if its just me but ever since the event started ive been hatching more water pokemon.

I haven't noticed an increase of water hatches. Only one 10k during this event = gligar.
