I strongly disagree with people saying eggs are random and that chart, its either where you live or the immediate area you collect them. That chart does not represent what I get at all.
I've got plenty of slowpokes, horseas, and drowzees that are low on the list. Yet 1 vulpix, growlithe, magnemite, and abra from eggs.
On 2s I regularly get geodudes, magikarp,bulbasaurs(2 venusaurs evolved, still no blastoise or charizard), just one Pikachu and charmander though.
I guess you are referring to the chance Rate of Hatching? I am not sure if I am allowed to post links to different websites, but here is the link you are hopefully asking for:

Would be nice if such an overview could also be added to this website. I like this Pokemon Go site very much.
My experience. 2km: Charmander are by far the rarest. 5km: haven't even hatched a Tauros, Grimer, or Porygon (but I've caught them in the wild). Growlithes and Lickitung also seem pretty rare (hatch 2 of each). 10km: Most common: Scyther, Pinsir, Eevee. Haven't hatched: Lapras, Hitmonlee. Total eggs hatched: 534
