I would have to say Lick with more EPS but only if you have Body Slam. Otherwise Zen has more DPS.

I don't know what the values were before the update but, after my calcs (which I won't disclose but were painstaking), I've come to the statistical conclusion that if you're not considering weakness and resistance, Lick is usually better (I won't get into when it's not better absent those things, but there is actually a "clear" case when so). If you ARE considering those things, well, it depends on what you want your Snorlax to face off well against.

Variously, both of the other answers are otherwise significantly wrong on points.

All that said, the differences between the fast moves on Snorlax are all really quite marginal and every different combination of moves (at least on Snorlax) offers different benefits.
