I just don't get the IV calculator...
This game is driving me insane. I just caught low level Drowzee with 91% average perfection via pokeassistant. So i decided to power up it and evolve into Hypno. Spent like ten thousand stardust on it and then decided to check again. The calculator showed 48 % average perfection. Can someone explain how this works please? Cause i was really excited about the game at the beginning but after this bullshit i kinda lost all the passion for it.

Also Drowzee is common, you may want to save dust for a higher IV one that you may find later on. 91% is excellent for a rare pokemon but..
Like Zysor says refine between power ups. When using pokeassistant it would have given you a min and max percentage possible maybe you just read the max by mistake?.
