Are max revives a regional thing now?

Lol!!! It's crazy, I've got more evolution items in the last 2 weeks than max revives. I got a kings rock on monday, I used a max on my dragonite 2 weeks ago today to put him back in a gym. That put me at 25 max revives.. still sitting at 25.... I hit between 50 and 80 stops on a bad day.

No I got 5-6 today. Idk when to use max revives the only efficient way to use them is on Blissey?
