Is an Ice Shard Blizzard Lapras worth dust?

Maybe power it up to around 2-2.3k and use it to attack Dragonite? 73% is kinda low for Lapras now but it's still very much usable of course. I wouldn't actually trade this. Perhaps for a Snorlax or such, but I doubt anybody would want to do that in the first place given Lapras' cp

Gawd Lapras took a beating nerf-wise. He went from the Holy Grail to the dump. In the pool of all available mons he's still got uses, which puts him above 80% of what's available, but he's at the low end of useable to me.

I'd keep him at that CP, he's still really effective as an attacker in the right matchups.

Is this a bad joke? Maybe no filter between mouth and brain?

I have one that I hatched. During the last event I walked with him, did over 127 km and sadly it turned to be a mistake. Still viable attacker against any Dnite thou.
If you can't hatch it, I'd power him up as already mentioned, but only if you can't get Shelders or Swinubs (or their evolutions) which are everywhere where I am and if you have so many Lapras candies you probably can catch these too. They both can learn avalanche at evolution which is better CM now.

Power it up all the way to 40. That move set is really good for both attacking and defending, and lapras

73% is very low, don't do it
