Anyone caught any Unown yet?

Nope. Never seen them. And I play every day for a few hours and all day twice a week.

I just got one a few hours ago! Shocked the hell out of me when its shadow appeared on my locator. It looks like it's supposed to be the letter P.

What I'm wondering is, if you catch multiple of the same one does it only count once toward the medal? Seems like it would be crazy trying to track down all 26 ...

My cousin got 1 of it. I never got any form of that pokes.

What is an "Unown"? (Ok, so I never played the "games." Whatever they are! Well, I know a little bit about the "games," but not much. When my younger son (now 26) was in elementary school, he was always playing some Pokemon game in the morning before I would take him to school. He was always saying stuff like "But, Dad, I gotta catch this Pickachu" or "But, Dad, I gotta catch this Bulbasaur." This was frustrating for a father whose job it was to take the kid to school. So I came up with the following poem:

Pickachu I'll barbeque;
Bulbasaur I'll smash;
Then I'll take the rest of them;
And through them in the trash.

But now I love these poke things, and I apologize for my poem. I play. My son does not, though he got me in to playing. But I still have no clue as to what an "Unown" is. I own a lot of pokemons. I don't own some other pokemons. But I don't even know if I own or don't own an "Unown". Would someone, about age 20 to 30, please explain?
