This isnt a humblebrag post. Its a genuine question.
I have a level 20, 98% eggexcutor with ZH/Solar beam. I want to know whether you would power this up? I want him mostly for killing all the god damn vaeporeons every noob has.
For this reason, I wanted to know if a eggexcutor with bulletseed/Solar beam would be better as it would have 2 grass moves?
Also, if I level this eggexcutor up, it would be all the way to my max trainer level (36.5) and not just to 30. I know attackers don't need to get past 30 but i want to have the option of leaving this eggexcutor in a gym to mess with all the vaepoeron attackers so CP is important.
Tough call, ZH/SoB is really good but slightly worse than the new ES/SoB as a generalist.
If attacking Vapes were your only use then from my experience BS/SoB=ES/SoB>ZH/SoB. (Not by much though.) ES/SoB is my current favorite Eggy though because it takes on Snorlax & Blissey better. ZH/SoB is also great for that.
On defense CP does matter so that 98% is sweet. C/P is the best moveset but that's secondary.
