HP numbers listed

It would be a very small quality of life improvement if we could see the HP/Max HP of our pokemon on the potion usage screen. I'm pretty sure we've all over healed many of our pokemon. Especially when fighting big gyms and you know you're about to use that pokemon again and don't necessarily need it to be at max HP.
