I see that C/Seed Bomb is listed as the best defensive moveset (which i agree with). My question is does that make E/Seed Bomb second best?

Second and third are probably the other Confusion movesets.

Sure. SB is better than SB the same way as SB is better than SB on venusaur. Do you know that SB is better than SB to gengar now to attack?

Fair enough but there's only one SB listed on the Gym Defenders Tier List. Plus everyone knows SB sucks for defense because it's so easy to dodge. I think any long time player would prefer SB to SB due to the 3 bar charge move.

But Confusion is now a legacy move. Fast moves are now Bullet Seed and Extrasensory. What is the best defensive moveset now?

Extrasensory > Bullet Seed for defenders.
