The datamining group Pokeminers has discovered that a laundry-list of the remaining Generation 5 Pokemon have had their model assets added to Pokemon Go in a silent update.
With the New Year just around the corner and the Holiday Season with its own set of unique events just beginning, it's likely that this list comprises new updates and "waves" from Unova that will likely begin being added to the game starting in 2020.
Note-worthy on this list is the inclusion of every Legendary and Mythical Pokemon for the generation. While Mythicals are unlikely to be seen for some time given Niantic's existing track record and the fact that they've only recently completed the release of the Generation 3 Mythical Pokemon, seeing the generation's big-name legendaries such as Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem's various formes on this list is definitely a cause for excitement. Could the legendary Tao trio be out next set of raid bosses? Time will tell!
