Seems everyone has a 4 leaf clover or a horse shoe stuck up their butt these days. I use to get some real lucky catches and hatches but now everyone seems to be on the same luck boat as I'm on ?

So strange, a couple days ago I did a mass 10k hatch and also hatched 2 perfects back to back! 1 was a miltank (which was meh) but the other was a perfect iv chansey-now-dazzling gleam Blissey! I'd screen shot to show you but PTC has been down for hours and can't login... anyways, must be in the air. Congrats on 2 perfect gligars, that's pretty cool! Now you have twice as many chances to get the ideal moveset when you can evolve him after gen4!
