Hello guys, would you spend some star dust on a jynx with frost breath and avalanche or would you rather save it waiting for the frost breath avalanche cloister that I'm *** waiting for after over 7 of them evolved! I mean it's always useful some fast ice spam!

Jynx will have a higher DPS, but Cloyster has more bulk. Steel Wing will also hit Jynx for super effective damage but will only hit Cloyster for neutral damage thanks to Water resisting Steel. Types aside, Cloyster is still the better pick because it will deal more damage before fainting than Jynx will, unless you're trying to dodge all attacks. Jynx is more of a glass cannon.
What level is the jynx you found, and how much would need to be spent to get it to 30? I prefer cloyster for dragonites because it takes neutral damage from steel wing, while jynx takes SE. Still, if you didn't need to use much dust, it might be worth spending on a jynx. Also, do you have something you used against dragonites in gen 1?
